1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jliasia," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the jliasia platform, its operators, and its affiliates operating the website at jliasia.net and all associated services.
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jliasia platform.
• "Account" — means the registered jliasia player account created upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Platform" — means the jliasia website, mobile site, applications, and all associated gaming and betting services provided by jliasia.
• "Funds" — means the Philippine Peso (PHP) balance held in a player's jliasia account wallet.
• "Bonus" — means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by jliasia to players, subject to applicable promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a jliasia account or by accessing and using the jliasia platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as the jliasia Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jliasia. If you are accessing jliasia on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that you personally also meet all eligibility requirements set out herein.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age

Players who are under 21 years of age are prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or claiming any bonus on jliasia under any circumstances.

3.2 Age Verification Process

You may be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document — such as a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID — to verify that you meet the minimum age requirement. jliasia reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory age verification.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

The jliasia platform is intended for use by players physically located within the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law is not permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of jliasia complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

3.4 Disqualified Persons

The following persons are not eligible to hold a jliasia account:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Employees, directors, officers, or contractors of jliasia or its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members residing in the same household.
• Persons who have been self-excluded from jliasia or placed on a gaming exclusion list under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• Persons acting as agents for, or on behalf of, third parties for gambling purposes.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full jliasia platform, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as required during the registration process. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or another person's identity when registering a jliasia account.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active jliasia account at any time. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jliasia reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances or bonuses without prior notice.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your jliasia account login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jliasia will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your jliasia account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jliasia support immediately via live chat. jliasia will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jliasia is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. As part of this process, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, voter's ID, or SSS/GSIS ID).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or Maya account registered in your name, or bank statement).

jliasia will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jliasia accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and other real-time payment channels are credited to your jliasia account wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jliasia is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems or network outages.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published within the jliasia cashier and may vary by payment method. jliasia reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice. Players with enhanced verification status may be eligible for higher limits.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your jliasia account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your identity must have been successfully verified via the KYC process.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must have been completed before real-money funds derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• jliasia reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

A jliasia account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. jliasia reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions offered by jliasia are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed in the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most jliasia bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount that must be wagered before the bonus and any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jliasia strictly prohibits bonus abuse. Practices that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using low-risk betting strategies (such as betting on all outcomes, or systematically playing only high-RTP games) to meet wagering requirements while minimizing genuine risk.
• Coordinating with other players to collectively abuse promotional offers.
• Providing false information to claim a bonus intended for a different player segment.

Where jliasia determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void any winnings derived from it, and suspend or permanently close the relevant account.

6.4 Bonus Validity

All jliasia bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses not claimed within their validity period, or wagering requirements not met within the stipulated timeframe, will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games offered on the jliasia platform — including slots, table games, and RNG-based live alternatives — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined randomly and independently of any prior outcome. jliasia does not influence game results in favor of or against any individual player.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games available on jliasia are streamed in real time from licensed studio facilities. The rules governing each live game are displayed within the game interface. By participating in any live dealer game on jliasia, you accept the specific rules and payout structures of that game as presented.

7.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on jliasia are subject to separate sports betting rules published within the sportsbook section. Bets placed on jliasia are final once confirmed. Void bets, postponed events, and settlement procedures are governed by those rules.

7.4 Malfunction Policy

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jliasia platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or account operation.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's jliasia account without authorization.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the jliasia platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any jliasia game or system. Any suspected bug must be reported to jliasia support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the jliasia platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jliasia staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jliasia's software, systems, or infrastructure.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jliasia platform — including but not limited to the jliasia brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of jliasia or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the jliasia platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any jliasia content without prior written authorization from jliasia.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

jliasia collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the jliasia Privacy Policy.

jliasia collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. jliasia does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jliasia and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jliasia platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Interruption of access to jliasia due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Any error or omission in game content, odds, or payout information caused by software malfunction.

jliasia's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in this clause shall limit jliasia's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by jliasia

jliasia reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any player account at any time and without prior notice where jliasia has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached or are being breached.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• A player is not eligible to hold a jliasia account (including underage players).
• Regulatory requirements or law enforcement directives necessitate account restriction.

13.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your jliasia account at any time by contacting jliasia support via live chat. Prior to account closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, and any bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination — whether initiated by jliasia or by the player — your access to the jliasia platform will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall continue to apply.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jliasia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jliasia will notify active players via email or a prominent notice on the jliasia platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page with the effective date clearly stated. Your continued use of the jliasia platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using jliasia and may request account closure.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the jliasia platform shall first be submitted to jliasia's internal dispute resolution process by contacting jliasia support. jliasia commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and providing a substantive response within twenty (20) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jliasia's internal process, it may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority with jurisdiction over jliasia's operations in the Philippines. Formal legal proceedings may be commenced before the competent courts of the Philippines if regulatory resolution is not available or is unsuccessful.
